  • participate in any agreements between parties
  • CrownEscort.vip does not receive commissions or compensation related to any services offered by advertisers.
  • The service provided is strictly limited to the publication of online advertising content.

3. Responsibility for Content

All published content:

  • is provided by third parties
  • remains under their sole responsibility
  • CrownEscort.vip makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content published by users.
  • The platform does not guarantee in any way the outcome, quality, or safety of any contact or meeting between users and advertisers.
  • Use of the Site is at the user's full and exclusive responsibility.
  • The Operator disclaims all liability for any damages, losses, or consequences, whether direct or indirect, arising from the use of the Site or reliance on information published by third parties.

4. Listing Duration and Renewal

Listings have a weekly duration.

No automatic renewal is provided.

Upon expiration:

  • the listing may be removed or deactivated
  • the advertiser will be notified at least 2 days in advance
  • Notifications may be sent via email, WhatsApp, or SMS.
  • Renewal occurs only upon explicit request by the advertiser.

5. Listing Publication Rules

To publish a listing, it is required to:

  • be at least 18 years old
  • provide truthful and up-to-date content
  • hold the rights to the submitted images and information
  • It is strictly prohibited to publish illegal content, content involving minors, non-consensual material, or false or misleading information.
  • CrownEscort.vip reserves the right to refuse or remove any content without obligation to provide justification.

6. Consent and Use of Content

By submitting images, text, contact details, or any other material via email, WhatsApp, SMS, or other channels, the advertiser grants explicit authorization for publication on CrownEscort.vip.

The advertiser grants CrownEscort.vip a non-exclusive, worldwide, and temporary license to publish such content for advertising purposes.

The advertiser declares and guarantees that:

  • they are at least 18 years old
  • they are the legitimate owner of the submitted content
  • they hold all necessary rights for publication
  • CrownEscort.vip does not systematically verify the authenticity of content and cannot be held responsible for any violations of third-party rights.

7. Legal Requirements of Advertisers

The advertiser declares and guarantees compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the country where they operate.

In particular, the advertiser confirms:

  • they are legally authorized to carry out their activity
  • they comply with all administrative, tax, and registration obligations
  • they comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • The advertiser is solely responsible for the legal compliance of their activity.
  • CrownEscort.vip does not verify the legal status of advertisers and does not provide legal advice.
  • All responsibility lies exclusively with the advertiser, who agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CrownEscort.vip from any liability, penalties, or claims arising from their activity.

8. Use of the Site

The user agrees to:

  • use the Site in compliance with the law

9. Limitation of Liability

Payments may be made using the following methods:

  • credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)
  • Revolut
  • Payment must be made in advance prior to service publication.
  • Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all payments are final and non-refundable.
  • No full or partial refunds will be issued for services already purchased or used.

15. Prohibition of Scraping and Automated Data Collection

It is strictly prohibited to use any automated system, including but not limited to bots, crawlers, scrapers, or similar tools, to access the Site, or to collect, extract, or copy data and content without prior written consent from the Operator.

Any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action.
